Registration guideline – Global South Collective

Everyone attending the symposium on-site needs to fill out the registration form.
If you present as a group in person, all co-authors as co-presenters need to pay registration fees individually, yet please pay ALL by ONE person of the group.
For online group presentations, only one person has to pay the registration fee regardless of the number of presenters.
Please note that we will not issue payment receipts or invoices for the symposium. Instead, a Letter of Acknowledgement of Registration will be provided, including your information, the amount paid, and the symposium date.

Please choose Vietnam Dong for the currency for all methods of payment.
Enter the full amount in the Receiver’s section. Your app will automatically calculate the total amount you need to send in your currency. If you enter this number in the Sender’s section, the final amount sent to the conference may be inaccurate.
The GSC Conference is not responsible for any transfer fee.
For non-Vietnamese bank accounts, you can use a variety of apps to transfer money to Vietnam, such as Wise, Remitly, Western Union, and Taptap Send, etc.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.

Transferring your registration to another individual is allowed. Any modification must be communicated to the conference via the conference email.
