Duc is a lecturer at the University of Economics & Laws, Vietnam National University–Ho Chi Minh City. Duc holds a Master of International Law from the School of Law, Vietnam National University–Ha Noi City, and a Master of Globalisation from the University of Brighton, United Kingdom. Duc has experience working in grassroots and international NGOs in Vietnam. His focused research topics are migrant workers’ rights, human rights, and international law.
